Brief General Letter of Covenants.

The Letter of General Covenants of Group 21 Plus establishes some General Principles that regulate our Agreements with other Groups and Associations of Artists and other Creators in the cultural world.

CONCEPT
Group 21 Plus works and is especifically developed to the benefit and support of the Visual and Multimedia Artists, and generally speaking to the Creators in general on the basis of the impulse of Interpersonal and Collective Agreements between its Members as well with independent artists and with Cultural and Artist organizations willing to do so.
These Agreements would be based on Mutual Respect, Professional Integrity, Unconditional Solidarity and the firm Vocation to an Art for Peace.
Group 21 Plus will establish Cultural Agreements of Mutual Cooperation firstly with Societies or Groups of Visual Artists and secondly with other Cultural Groups and Organizations which work fundamentally promoting an Art for Peace, Non Violence, Against Famine and Poverty,For No Environmental Contamination, Not to AIDS and to an Art for Justice and Dignity of all Human beings.

We will be able to establish Agreements in two levels:
Cooperation and Association.

In the case of International Organisms and THOSE OF INSTITUTIONAL and GOVERNMENTAL CHARACTER as UNESCO and others of similar character we will observe always our Principles of Independency and unrestricted Autonomy as free Creators of Art.

We will approve Agreements in the following characteristics:
-Group to Group and(or) with Societies of Artists.
-Member to Member, following the requirement of to always keeping well informed the general Coordination and the Directors Pioneers as well mentioning and promoting the Collective Character and Ideas of 21 Group Plus.
-Between International Groups of Members. (Between Nations).
-Between National Groups of Members (or Artists in a single nation).
--With Educational Institutions.
-With those private enterprises oriented to an Art For Peace.
-With Independent Artists.

Our Members would have to guarantee the rotating Celebration of our Annual Encounter opening new spaces in his/her countries of origin for the Annual Celebration of such.

In every annual Period we will Call with at least 9 to 12 months of anticipation to the First Call of Our Encounters.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES
We are interested primarily in:
-Collective Exhibitions for all the Members of our Organization.
-Personal Exhibitions of our Members.
-Promotion of Public Art: Painting of Murals and(or) Public Sculpture such the Proposal for JAMAICA 2007: ONE LOVE ' Voices for Peace'.
-Participation in International Events like Biennials and Fairs of Art.
-Scholarships of Investigation for the Academic improvement of those Members interested in it.
-Permanent Interchange of Information respect to Events about Art and Culture in the World.

AESTHETICS
Being formed by Professionals -many of them with enormous professional Portfolios in the Arts; It is of interest to us To Promote the Ideas and Projects of our Members:
-Support and Promotion of the Activities of the World-Wide Council of visual Artists (COMAV).
-Support and Promotion of the International Institute of Arts 'Global Eco Art' in Tepeyanco, Tlaxcala, Mexico.
-Promotion of the Visionary Spirit of 'Complex Art' created in Vancouver, Canada.
-Promotion of the Idealism for a new art of 'Dimensionalismo' from Madrid, Spain.
-Promotion and Support of other AESTHETICS Visions as well Artistic Proyects of our Membership.

ETHICS
We will always appeal to the Professional Responsibility and the Capacity of Negotiation to engage in dialog among our Members as the Governing Universal Principle of our conduct in the fulfillment of Agreements. Meaning this that Group 21 Plus, although is certainly responsible, generally speaking for the activities which supports and promotes, leaves to the limits of the strict Responsibility as well to the Individual and Professional Criterion of each Member the observing of a Universal Code of Ethics, Mutual Respect, Solidarity and Pacific Solution of the differences emerging in the Fulfillment of our Agreements.

The regularity and times of the Agreements always will hold to the convenience and freedom of the Members.
And will be announced in our regular Calendar in our Web 21 GROUP Plus in the Global Cultural Interchange Section.

GOALS
1-In the short term the Celebration of our Second International Encounter JAMAICA 2007: ONE LOVE in Kingston, Jamaica on April 2007.
2-To continue building our Serie of Memorials for Peace: 'VOICES FOR PEACE' in all countries where we celebrate our Encounters.
3-Group 21 Plus works to stand as a Critical Alternative in the Artistic Creation and the Transforming-Active Participation of the Visual/Multimedia Artists of the World in the context of the 21st Century.
4-Creation of the Videoteque of Group 21 Plus.
5-Creation of a Minimum General Fund to support (Catalogues, Art Transportation, Unforeseen expenses, etc.)
6-Group 21 Plus is interested also in Promoting and Creating a Fund to Help the Hungry and the Poor as well to Aid the Poor Children in the World.
7-A long term Fundamental Goal is To create Schools of Art for Peace in each continent as our Contribution to create a World-wide Culture for Peace.

New modifications and addendums to this Letter of Agreements are left to the discretion and suggestions of all our the Members as well to the Chairman Coordinator and the Directors Pioneers.
