Noboru Yurugi will exhibit his artwork from August 4th at the Autonomous University of Tlaxcala, Tlaxcala, Mexico.

This coming August 4th the Autonomous University of Tlaxcala, Tlaxcala, Mexico in combination with the world Wide Visual Arts Council, Eco Global Arte and Group 21 Plus will open the art exhibition of our member from Japan the international artist Noboru Yurugi.

We wish him a great success when in Tlaxcala.
Also we extend our Thanks to our Director Pioneer and Member from Mexico the well known artist Martin Rojas for his efforts in organizing this International exhibition.
