Dear Fellows

Group 21 Plus Entering its Fourth Year of Activities.

We are entering our Fourth Year of Activities since our Group 21 Plus was founded on July 2004 in the city of Changchun in the Province of Xilin in the northeast of the Popular Republic of China. Since then we have grown like a tree fortified in its roots conquering the dark attacks of time and interpreting its multiple omens. We are an Outpost of Progressive Artists who create and fight for an Art for Peace and Non Violence. In such spirit already we have been in Madrid, Spain in 2006 and in other Bilateral and Trilateral Exhibitions in Tlaxcala, Mexico.

The present Period is one of Reaffirmation in which we are on Gradual Growth.
To Reaffirm us: It means to be convinced that our destiny of Visual Artists is to fight united from our different nations in this era of Global War against our peoples and of terrible Earth Contamination.
Gradual growth means to invite new Colleagues who feel truly identified with this Cause and ready to Collaborate from the trench of their human commitment and from their inspired solitude. Colleagues who propose new ideals to transform us constantly and Exhibitions which are Dynamic Forums to Promote an Art for Non Violence and Peace.

I am sure that those Colleagues who for one or other reason have not activated their spirits in this New Collective would be moved from their congealed Egotism in initiatives that push their creativity to the Avant-Garde Character of the Group.

I hope that this New Period (2008) for which already we have Programmed some Activities among them: -Fair For Peace in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico: Exhibition/Poetry/Conferences/Promotion of a Collective Memorial for Peace.

-For all these Events we will send a Call to all Group 21 Plus Members to confirm each ones participation in the different Events.

Also we must remember that we will persist in constantly Promoting the Different Projects and Individuals Exhibitions from all our Fellas.

The Activity/Encounter in Jamaica will have to be postponed for 2009 or 2010 in view of the difficulties that his promoter Basil Watson has found to carry out it among them the devastation caused by Hurricane Dean a few days ago.

I have to summon all to a Minute of Silence and a Fervent Oration for the spirit of our Great Paraguayan Brother Master Hugo Pistilli passed away in the city of Asuncion a year ago.

I reaffirm my Call to all so that we transform ourselves into a True Community of Daily and Permanent Communicators Toward an Art For Peace and Non Violence.

Queridisimos Colegas:

Estamos entrando al Cuarto Año de Actividades pues nuestro Grupo 21 Plus fue fundado en Julio del 2004 en la ciudad de Changchun en la Provincia de Xilin en el noreste de la Republica Popular China.
Hemos crecido desde entonces como un arbol fortalecido en sus raices conquistando los embates oscuros del tiempo e interpretando sus multiples presagios.

Somos una Avanzada de Artistas Progresistas que creen y luchan por un Arte por la Paz y la No Violencia. En ese Espiritu ya nos hemos encontrado en Madrid, España el 2006 y en otras Exposiciones Bilaterales y Trilaterales en Tlaxcala, Mexico.

El Presente Periodo es de Reafirmacion de lo que Somos y de Crecimiento Paulatino.

Reafirmarnos: Significa estar convencidos de que nuestro destino de Artistas Visuales es luchar unidos en y desde nuestras distintas Naciones en esta epoca de Guerra Global contra los pueblos y de Contaminacion terrible de la Tierra.

Crecimiento Paulatino significa Invitar a Participar a nuevos Colegas Artistas que esten Comprometidos con esta Causa y dispuestos a colaborar desde la trinchera de su Compromiso Humano y desde su inspirada soledad.
Colegas que propongan nuevos Idearios para transformarnos constantemente y Exposiciones/Recitales que sean Foros Dinamicos para Promover un Arte por la No Violencia y por la Paz.

Estoy seguro que aquellos Colegas que por una y otra razon no han activado su espiritu individualista en este Nueva Colectividad seran movidos desde su congelado Egoismo en Iniciativas que muevan su Creatividad al Seno Vanguardista de lo Colectivo.

Espero que este Nuevo Periodo para el cual ya tenemos Programadas algunas Actividades entre ellas:

La Actividad/Encuentro en Jamaica tendra que ser pospuesta para el 2009 o 2010 en vista de las limitantes que su promotor Basil Watson ha encontrado para efectuarlo entre ellos la Devastacion ocasionada por el ultimo Huracan de hace unos dias.

Convoco a un Minuto de Silencio y a una Oracion Ferviente por el Espiritu de nuestro Gran Hermano Paraguayo Maestro Hugo Pistilli fallecido en Asuncion hace un año.

Reafirmo mi Convocatoria a Todos y a Todas para que nos transformemos en una Verdadera Comunidad de Comunicadores Diarios Permanentes Hacia un Arte por la Paz.
